Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

For shipping we use USPS, FedEx and UPS Services depending on dstination, weight and size. This is done to insure fast, safe and economical delivery of the product to your location. All orders ship same or next business day if at all possible and most will arrive within 3-5 business days anywhere in the USA and 4-10 business days in the rest of the world. Please understand that certain countries take longer ( Brazil, Spain, Italy, Russia etc... ) If your country is listed on the "dropdown" during "checkout"- we gladly ship to your country. If your country is NOT listed in the "checkout" - please email us first to arrange - sales@partplaza.net

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days after your receipt of goods for a Full Refund less initial Shipping charge. Shipping the item(s) back is to be paid by the buyer. All defects will be replaced at absolutely no cost to the buyer. All shipping and replacement costs are to be paid by Partplaza Automotive.

For all Warranty related returns Please contact us and we will arrange repair/replacement. All returns should be addressed to:

REFUNDS:

All refunds will be credited to the same account originally used for the transaction!

CANCELLATION:

Any order can be simply cancelled until your "status" under your account changes to SHIPPED. All cancelations after product shipped will have to be done through "RETURNS/REFUNDS" method above.

*NOTE: Custom Work charge (ex: painting/installation) will NOT be refunded unless defective or wrong color.
